Kaveh Keshmiri, Esq.
Mr. Keshmiri practices in the area of PERSONAL INJURY, ACCIDENTS, PRODUCT DEFECT, and general civil litigation involving real estate. He takes cases all over California, primarily in Southern California, Riverside, Orange County, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles.
Mr. Keshmiri assists injured parties recover their rights and maximize their case value. Mr. Keshmiri takes the case from start to trial without refering the client anywhere else.
Mr. Keshmiri is an alum of Loyola Law School, and prior to that received his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of California, San Diego. He is admitted to practice in the state of California, Supreme Court of California, and the Central District of California.
Previously, Mr. Keshmiri worked in civil defense representing corporations, insurance carriers, and businesses in various areas of litigation to gain favorable results through trial, mediation resolution, and dispositive motions.
Cyrus Safa, Esq.
Cyrus Safa is of counsel at Kaveh Law Firm, where he primarily handles personal injury matters. In his decade of practicing law, Cyrus has helped thousands of clients obtain financial relief for their injuries and disabilities. Cyrus is a seasoned litigator, skilled in dealing with the insurance companies so that clients can focus on their health.
Cyrus is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in California and Nevada. He obtained his law degree from California Western School of Law in 2011. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from San Diego State University. In addition to his practice, Cyrus is a member of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Lost Angeles, and the San Diego Bar Association. Cyrus is an active participant in Trial Lawyers University, where he works on trial and presentation skills to continually improve and be the best advocate he can be for his clients.
Forough Takmanesh , Esq.
Forough Takmanesh graduated with a master’s degree in law from Azad (Science and Research) unveracity in Tehran-Iran. She admitted to the Iranian bar association and have Practiced law in complex and challenging Iranian court system. She represented/advised clients in civil law, family law, land related controversies, negotiable instruments, as well as employer/employee law to help them achieve the best possible results, protect individual rights, and to ensure justice is served by providing legal representation.
In 2019, she was Admitted to the California bar association. Currently, she provides legal representation to those who claim to have been injured, physically or psychologically, as a result of the negligence or wrongdoing of another person, company, government agency, or other entities.
